Reiki is an ancient system of energy healing. It is the practice of channeling the universal
life force through the practitioner into the recipient. The purpose of Reiki is to assist the
recipient’s own healing process. Through this method a recipient may unblock “stuck”
energy and return to a more balanced, whole state. Reiki works at the core energetic level
to assist healing. Anyone with a genuine desire can learn Reiki for self-healing or as a way
to offer healing to others. Training and attunements clear and expand You to live with
greater joy, abundance and fulfilling your soul's mission.

We will determine which techniques best serve your wellness mission through dialogue
and intuitive readings. Additionally, spiritual direction and life coaching are incorporated
to increase your understanding and application.

In-person may include a specific healing modality or a combination of the following:

Group sessions - Enhance your growth experience by joining with others
Pow-Wow - Gather friends for an evening of exploring your Power centers, known as
chakras. Learn how to test yourself to uncover blockages and clear yourself. Discover how
to help each other. Practice guided imagery meditation to promote calm, find your center
and tap into your Creative Source. Fun and Empowering!

Angel Party - you and your group can receive the loving benefits of the Angelic Realm. We
will invite angelic presence and learn how the angels want very much to help us with any
problems. A good time as everyone basks in the glow of these amazing vibrations

Reiki - Levels 1, 2 and Reiki Master/Teacher offered
ReiKi is a Japanese word which encompasses many natural healing techniques. It is used worldwide to
describe The Dr. Usui system of healing and other methods of Reiki which evolved before and after Dr. Usui.

How it Works: ReiKi works on the spiritual, mental and physical as well as the energy systems of the body,
helping to realign congested areas such as meridians, chakras and elemental channels. The ReiKi therapist
works gently with various hand positions around the body, feeling overactive or underactive spots which
can be balanced. This assists the body’s self-healing process and is also very relaxing. Sensations from the
subtle energies vary and are felt by the practitioner in different ways.

Seminars and Workshops
Good Vibrations - a fun time learning about the human energy field and what effects us.
Learn techniques to raise your vibration and keep your spirits up. We will use humor,
chakra balancing, breathing, meditation, energy medicine and music. Joyful!

Mothering in the New Age - How to keep your balance while juggling it all
A workshop for mothers of all ages. Identify pressures and discover ways to create
harmony in your life, despite the chaos around you! Small group work, meditation, energy
techniques, music and fun!

Living the Dream - using Vision boards to attain what you desire
A workshop using creative methods to identify what you want and how to achieve. Playful
activity mixed with meditation and techniques to focus your intentions.

Change the Energy of Your Life - vibrant workshop introducing energy raising, life
enhancing techniques and concepts. A great introduction to what is energy and how are
we made. Chakras, Energy anatomy, Affirmations,
Healing modalities, etc are covered.

You are Loved! - Immerse yourself in Love. Experience joy as you discover the truth -
You are loved and You are Love.

GREAT! - Workshop on manifesting your desires in this year.
Learn tools to identify what you want and what holds you back. Create a
technique through the acronym GREAT to focus your intent and desire for
the life you want.
